So, is Jordan safe to travel?

We were lucky enough to hunt down 35 EUR per person return flights from Vilnius to Amman with Ryanair, which took about 4 hours. Due to its geographical location and neighboring countries that have seen conflict in recent years, some are often weary to travel in Jordan. However, Jordan to this day remains a neutral country, and is very safe. In fact, the country has taken efforts to boost tourism, and it's people we found extremely welcoming. The locals will go out of their way here to help make your trip special, which we definitely felt in the 5 days here!
